Per Ontario Soccer guidelines, volunteers working with players under 18 years of age will be asked to participate in the following screening process:

• discussion/interview with the Program Director
• Police Record Check for working with the Vulnerable Sector (must be completed every 3 years)
• Year 1 - Complete Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)
• Year 2 - Sign declaration of completion of VSC
• Year 3 - Sign declaration of completion of VSC

The Vulnerable Sector Check performed by the OPP is free for volunteers a "Request for VSC" letter that must be submitted online at the time of your application. This process is done completely online (as of 2022) OPP Record Check Online
